The payment method by credit card is not implemented because the fees are unfortunately too high. Please send the amount by an international bank transfer to the following bank account:
You can also send conference fee for several persons e.g. for family members. Please enter your “reason for bank transfer” with the Registration IDs and Order Numbers, e.g.: 6-816, 23-934, 49-1025 etc. in form of <registration id>-<order number>
If money is being transferred for a large number of people, please enter “reason for bank transfer” with some IDs and Oder Numbers, and send us separately a complete list of Registration IDs and Oder Numbers via Contact Form with "Payment: Group Bank Transfer".

Only if My Registration ID says [Payment all completed?=Yes], you can receive your name tag and your hotel room key.

Now transfer the amount to the UBF Prague account. Once your money has arrived successfully, our finance team will confirm your payment (International transfers can take several days):
You will then receive a confirmation email:
and the payment status will also change to “Completed”:
and your Registration-ID page will also say that all payments have been completed:

Please note:
- Please pay the amount in Euro as target amount so that the correct amount reaches the recipient after deducting the transfer fees!
- Please transfer the conference fees by April 30th, 2024 at the latest.
- After May 1st, 2024, the price will increase by 10%.
- After June 30th, 2024 (Deadline), registration is no longer possible.
- Please ensure that you pay all conference fees by June 30th, 2024. Otherwise, your conference registration will be deleted.
